For my return, it was easy, I texted the shuttle 24 hours before the time I needed to be picked up and got a quick response. The morning of my return pick up I sent another text requesting a later pick up and got another immediate response that the time change would not be a problem. Fantastic company to do business with.

I was flying to Florida for my daughter's wedding in Gulf Shores, Alabama. After plans for a rental car fell through I decided to use a shuttle. Not being familiar with the process I was a little nervous, not being sure that I would have someone waiting at the airport and available on time for my returning flight. I was very pleasantly surprised at the communication and verification that my ride would be there. Due to the picture of the shuttle and location he would be waiting at sent to my phone before landing, I was able to walk directly to my shuttle with no problems. I was very impressed with his driving skills and the ride was very pleasant. I highly recommend Able Shuttle and will definitely use this service if ever in Florida again. I was actually glad that I had used this service rather than a rental car, saved me money and the hassle of figuring out how to get to where I needed to go.

Able Shuttle is the choice to make when you need to arrange transportation to/from the PNS airport. We used them recently for a family vacation, and they were professional, courteous, and punctual. We made our reservation well in advance using their website process. Very easy to do. We also had children traveling with us, so we had to bring multiple car seats. Their vans were all in perfect condition to handle the kids. Traveling with small children is never easy, and they handled it like pro's. Will use them again. I just want to thank Gary and his team for getting my daughter home safely from spring break. I had made the reservation online, but had put the wrong date in the reservation. We did not realize the mistake until the requested pick up time had passed and no shuttle was there. My daughter called Able and they had realized what happened. Even though they where real busy with Spring Break, Gary was able to get a shuttle over there in about 15 minutes and my daughter was able to get to her flight in time.

What impressed me most about Able Shuttle is their patience. My daughter got delayed several hours in Atlanta and finally got to Pensacola after midnight. I am thankfull that Able was willing to wait the extra hours to make sure she got safely to Gulf Shores. My daughter insists that we use them exclusively for future trips to the area.
